We all have them. We hardly ever perfectly follow them for the entire year.

This year mine is to run and ruck march more. I'm in decent shape and do well on my APFT, but I want more.

What is or are yours????

I would like to lose 20 more pounds to get back down to 190 i was at 260 a year and half ago.
I would like to run in a 5k and a 10k
and i cant think of anything else. lol im sure there should be more on there

Check out MyFitnessPal.com It's free and it helped me develop a whole new way of eating and lose 80 lbs just by preplanning meals (even when I eat out) and controlling portion size. Other than that, I can eat the most decadent foods and desserts (just not so much of them)

I am going to lose 30lbs this year, graduate Air Assult course, and raise my APFT score to 290.
