What might be reasons to get your company recruiting interview sheet denied of signature even if your fully qualified, have not gotten in any kind of ucmj trouble and did more than a year at your current unit? Who should i talk to

The reason, your current commander. What do you mean by fully qualified? You mean that you meet the minimum requirements to apply for recruiting? What to do next, grab the interview sheet, ensure that it is 100% error free, and request to use the commander's open door policy. Ask the CMD in person what might be the reasons for you not getting the interview. Second, call branch and tell tgem that you are interested in going recruiting and what the current situation is. You might get DA selected. Good luck in your future endeavors.
