Let's just say my packet get selected during the board, now what? Will I receive an email saying as such? Is WOCS the next step or is there something I have to do before then?

You will have to check the board results to see if you were selected, just like you would if you were being looked at for a SRNCO promotion. After that, you will get your email about your class start date and everything else.

CW3 (Join to see) Will there be a point where you stand in front of other WO and they ask you to recite creeds, ask you about current events, ask you questions about the regs just like how soldier of the month board works?
