As AGR E5, will I be required to go to the promotion board or will I get promoted after I graduate ALC?

As AGR it is the same as Active Component: SSD/DLC, Board Appearance, PPRL, HRC Schedules NCOES, Attend Course, Wait for Promotion Orders.

Thank you. I did not have to go for the board first to get a slot for PME school. I have not appeared in front of the board but my career manager got me a ALC slot and I did complete SSD2 before going to the school. I don't know, another AGR E6 said that I need to spend ALC 1059 and when the list comes out I should see my name on the promotion list.

Well, if AGR has to follow the same STEP program that the rest of AD and USAR/USANG...then you will need to Board then complete all of your NCOES steps before pinning.
