I submit my AGR application (E4 92A Enlisted) 2 months ago, my current status is : recomend by panel - enlisted. Panal date for this quater is Oct 23 - Oct 26 2018. Can anyone tell me that how long it take to know the result?

Did your status change to "recommended by pannel" just recently? I submitted an application also. I was hoping to see a change for this month. My status is still "Apllication Received" E-5 (92W).
I called the HR department for the AGR [login to see]
and the lady told me it could take a month to see a change in my status...
I've been looking around and a lot of people have said it's taken them months at a time. About a Month to get an offer and then another 30-45 days to get orders.

Tuan Anh when did you submit your AGR packet? I submitted mine at the end of September. The recent board was from 22-26 Oct., but my status hasn't changed. I keep reading it's different for everyone. What's your MOS? A lot of times that helps get you a spot quicker than others.

Im e4 92a, 1.5 years in army reserve, it is suck, army reserve is not what i think when i signed up

Tuan Anh nice. I'm a 92w so that's probably why it's taking me a while to get a status change. I agree about the Reserves, not what I was hoping either...
