I am nearing the end of my first contract soon and split between re-enlisting one more time to re-class or attending the green to gold program. Does anyone have experience with the green to gold process or familiar with the 15w or 25D MOS. Ultimately i want to know which offers the most benefit for civilian job opportunities?

You don't have the qualifications / certifications for 25D, you're not an eligible candidate. You'll need a flight physical for 15W. Green to gold is a good option if you have no dependents and you don't mind being a poor college kid, or if your spouse makes enough to support you. There's an active duty option, but it's limited to around 200 scholarships a year, making it extremely competitive.
If you want to know what skill transfers to the civilian sector best - leadership, adaptability, resourcefulness and problem solving. You'd be surprised how many people do not continue with their Army job when they ETS. They often lack the ambition to acquire the civilian certifications they need to be competitive with their civilian peers. Others just get burned out doing it.

Instead of thinking about the "next move" because you don't like where you're at, think about where you want to be 10-20 years from now and work backwards from there. I see a lot of guys just like you, 11B first contract, not satisfied with their job and want to do anything else. They run away from the MOS and leave the Army with no plan, go to college and struggle because it's hard to study when you're working till midnight, and then they're back at the recruiter or they drop out to get a better paying job.
Don't be a statistic. Plan properly.
