I have talked to everyone possible in my chain of command and it seems like I am never going to receive it. I was promised that I would receive it 45 days after I processed into my unit. The only person constantly pushing the coc to do something is my team leader. Is there anything I should do or should I just sit back and wait. I can guarantee I have it in my contract and my leadership has seen it.

Have you submitted everything to your S1? If I remember correctly, your CoC does nothing in the process...

Okay, then you can try two things: 1.) check in with the local S1 to see if they actually submitted your work (you would not believe how often they just lose shit), or 2.) request the help ticket from S1 so you can go to the finance office on post and check directly with them.
