I think it usually depends on when your scroll was submitted and how fast the Office of the Secretary of Defense approves and signs the scroll. I was notified beginning of October 2018 that I was board selected and told it could take up to 6 months. But my scroll came back at the end of October and then I swore in and signed my contract. Didn't get tentative orders until December. Had to keep bugging my recruiter to ask HRC when my final orders would be issued. Got them toward mid January. Then went to DCC in February so my timeline was a little wuicker than others. I think that part all depended on your AOC and needs of the Army and HRC. But good luck to you!

Congrats. It varies from what I've seen. I know folks who have gotten scroll approval within 1-3 months and I know of one guy in my AOC who waited almost a year before he finally got scroll approval. Good luck and hopefully it will just take about a month to get scroll approval. I am right there with you waiting on scroll approval.

I applied as a reservist and began this process in June 2018. It took awhile to complete the packet, but I did and it was sent up to the board in October. I was accepted and placed onto the memorandum as of last week. I signed my contract this morning and will swear in tomorrow.

From there, I'll be waiting for my official orders to come in. I've been told those should take about a month or so.

That’s awesome congratulations.. Your timeline somewhat sounds like mine. I was told 2 weeks ago I was selected by the October board. But nothing since...

1LT (Join to see) I had a similar route, started in Reserves and after BOLC I wanted to pursue military full-time. I signed my contract last month so hopefully I get assignment orders soon. My recruiter said the same thing, about 30 days. I was selected in March, so your turnaround was a lot quicker which is great. Congrats and best of luck!
