I received an SCI denial from an IC agency while working for a contracting firm. No word yet on whether or not I still have my TS or what's going to happen to it. I've went through the whole appeal process, responding to the SOR, and doing the access appeals panel both with a lawyer.

I was denied after voluntarily admitting to illegal downloading during a polygraph. Is there anything I can do? My SSBI five year mark will be February 2019. I'm in the IRR right now.

I've considered talking to the HRC Security team, but I'm worried that if HRC sees a denial they'll instantly kick me out of IRR without helping.

Any advice?

Unfortunately, given you were denied previously and your appeal through your SOR was unsuccessful, it's highly unlikely to be granted SCI going forward. I have a friend make admissions during a polygraph and he lost his clearance.

I was in the same boat 8 years ago and unfortunately my situation didn't work out. There may be other options for you to pursue that I didn't think of though. Best of luck to you.
