Does anyone have any experience with transitioning from active duty army to dependent of service member?

I am dual military and I am getting out soon. I wanted to know the process of switching from service member to civilian.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to receive your dependent ID card until you are actually out of the military. I hope this helps a little. Good luck to you on your upcoming transition.
