In the process of waivering my Stabiliziation here at Fort Bliss. Branch managers said they can not help me get orders and can not move me BCT to BCT. Which is fine but they DID say it doesnt mean i cant PCS. So I was wondering would my orders be based off my ASK? Or the good old needs of the Army ? How long would it take to come down after the waive process is complete?

He's telling you that he has to move you to a TDA assignment like Drill or Recruiter, or else anything you specifically request such as SFAB
