I recommend Toastmasters, International. You'll improve yourself and likely meet some great people who might become part of your network.

Cpl Randy W. Kestner Jr are you using the site MeetUp? If you are you can search by your location and then different keywords that you are looking for, i.e. Career Advice or Career Advancement. They have a lot of great group of people who are meeting to learn about next steps in a civilian career.
