My question is do I have to re-do my security clearance with my switch from Army guard to active duty Air Force? My clearance is only 3 years old.

SPC (Join to see) as long as it is active in JPAS you should be good. Your security manager will need to pick you up.

Thank you sir, my recruiter didn’t know so he had me fill out a whole new form, which I did complete tonight, but I was just curious why. I just thought it should be good already.

SPC (Join to see) call your old security manager and see if it's still active in JPAS

Since its a US Secret clearance meaning the whole US, not just the Army then no. Unless of course they require a higher clearance.
