Where can I find information about having Pectus Excavatum while on active duty? What happens when it starts causing issues?

Will the soldier receive the corrective surgery and be able to stay on active duty? Or will the soldier receive a medical discharge, if a discharge happens will that soldier receive benefits and or compensation?
