Ive transfered from NG to AD via conditional release. Any way to request specific battalion?

I’ve been to MEPS AND I am already AD and have a permanent reservation for 101st ABN 1st BCT. Is there any possible way to request a specific battalion? If so when and where?

When you arrive on Post you can ask as long as it is within the same Bde, and they have an available slot.

Sorry, but it doesn't work like that.
HRC slots down to the Brigade level. The strength manager at brigade determines which battalion you go to. HRC can't make that determination at all.
If you want to go to a specific unit, you'll have to call the CSM of that unit and ask him to pull you once you arrive there.

If there is a PSG or 1SG willing to vouch for you in the BN you want, when you get to Replacement at Campbell, you link up with them between appointments, and go in to the BN CSM's office and ask for the assignment from him. If he says yes, he'll contact BDE S1 or give you a memo to take to BDE S1. The BDE can still turn that down if another BN is significantly short and is higher priority for fill.
