What non-DoD desktop options are there for accessing MOBCOP and TOD for NG personnel?

I know that you need a DoD computer to access TOD, but it seems like even the computer labs at Camp Ripley facilities aren't able to open it up and run it. Since I don't have an office/cubicle with a dedicated desktop in a NG facility (which reddit tells me is the only *truly safe* bet), what other options are out there that have worked for other Guardsmen?

None. MOBCOP, ATRRS and a few other sites have been closed to non-mil networks since last year.
Computer labs or distance learning centers are not on the mil domain.
