I just deployed in support of OIR. After being in country less than 5 days, I came down on PCS orders. Can the orders get deferred/deleted? My COC are tracking the situation and my CSM support my decision in staying for the deployment. What needs to be done? Anything on My part or let the COC and S1 handle it?

It's your career and I don't suggest letting your COC/S1 handle anything.
