How should I go about writing an essay on "how easy 350-1 training is"?

Back in my day, we started by putting the pencil on the paper and writing. I guess these days, you fancy kids with your fancy electronics can use speach to text on your phone.
For reference, you could try reading the 350-1, or even Google the term "350-1 Training" - but that's how we old school fellas like to handle it. There's probably a Reddit sub on it somewhere
