Any ideas how to actually get someone at the VA Hospital to actually respond when you have an issue? I reordered a prescription that is rather vital well over a month ago and never received it . I have called multiple times over the last three weeks and spoken to the pharmacy. Each time I am told that it was mailed and given the date of my last call. It seems pretty obvious that is not getting mailed and they are just reentering it in the system. here only suggestion is to come down and get a partial refill to cover me until it arrives in the mail. Unfortunately, I won't bee able to get there for several days. I have even attempted to call patient advocacy to try and get help. Unfortunately patient advocacy does not answer their phone and has not returned any of the messages I have left.

To expand on Lt Col C. Brown's comment -- Potential contacts in order of oversight and responsibility:
a) the VAMC Pharmacy Chief --
b) the Deputy Director of the VAMC involved
c) the Director of the VA Medical Center involved
If you need help identifying these individuals, let me know the facility name/location via message, and I'll get you names and contact info to help you move things forward.

Try calling and asking for the hospital commander or the IG.

I checked the IG's website and they seem to only interested in fraud, theft and corruption. Thanks
