I have called branch a million times, sent emails and I’m starting the process for deletion of orders but I’m still being told I may end up with my projections going to Ft. Hood. I’m trying to be closer to my son and his mom but it’s not looking to good

FYI, your HAAP should have been identified prior to your PCS move to Korea, it would have been listed within the orders. With that being said, a HAAP is not guaranteed. If the need for your MOS and grade is needed more at a priority 1 location, you will not get the HAAP, so sending/forwarding emails to the branch SGM will not help you accomplish what you’re trying to do. Also, if you are already on assignment instructions and the projected location is a priority 1 or priority 2, unfortunately branch will not change anything. Good Luck to you....

The way to do it is to update your HAAP as soon as you get to Korea and not wait till you're already on assignment

SGT (Join to see) if your assignment manager has blown off your HAAP request then forward a copy of all your previous emails to them with your request and CC the branch chief. If that doesn't work, there's nothing else you can do.

SGT Woods,
Updating your HAAP is the best way but in order to do that your branch will be apart of that. If you have called and email your branch as you say you have and have not been in contact with them then I would 1. Keep trying. 2. Call the next branch manager in line dealing with 91B2O/3O. 3. Talk to you 1sg and inform him/her if the situation then from that moment every time you send and email make sure your 1sg is on the cc line. I don’t have a feeling it will be an issue getting what you want but just Incase make sure you get people to assist you with what you want.
