Kyle,
An outstanding resource is the following website: https://militarycac.com/. The site is run by an retired Army Warrant Officer and provide excellent resources and guides to setup and/or troubleshoot CAC / PKI issues. This is not an official Army website but it does provide links to many official software repositories.

If it's Windows 10, it should just be plug and play. You may have to install the DOD PKI, but you can download that from any of the service portals a I believe. It's definitely on the front page of the Air Force portal.
