Currently in transition to Ft. Bliss , while on leave I obtained a new POV, but I don't have a State License Plate and Tags yet. I currently only have the temporary paper license. Am I able to still drive on Post?

SGT Derick J. as long as the temporary registration and insurance are still valid. You'll need a valid state license as well.
