Creative Extra Duty Assignments

I have a SPC (E4) who has been screwing up lately, but not to such an extent to warrent UCMJ action...... YET. I need to give him some extra duty, but dont have anything that i would consider "enough" to get through his head that this is not a situation he wants to be in. Im just trying to get an idea for some extra duty tasks that will make him think twice.

Associate the Corrective Training (remember- Extra Duty is imposed through the UCMJ) with the issue at hand. You're trying to correct deficiencies.

Have him watch cheese movies and listen Barry Manilow and The Carpenters music. Rarely young people can handle that! :-D
