It's super hard, people say just complete these courses but none are on ATTRS I found the courses at the Alabama fire college you need 3 different courses to be able to attend ALC and you have to take those certificates and get them certified by the https://www.dodffcert.com/
I am in the same predicament with this it's very difficult to get this all done

You can attend goodfellow or enroll in a private school that offers the courses. Pro board or ifsac. Once completed you can send a pre-completed 1059 with required signatures to goodfellow for final signature. They are the only org. That can award 1059’s complete. If you call down there they will send you an example of how the 1059 needs to be filled out. Contrary to popular belief. You do not need to wait to complete your civilian classes. It’s only the Army (SSD1-5) that you have to get approval/ assigned to take. I had an E-2 complete all courses through officer 4.

Check with your State fire training bureau. If they offer courses that have either IFSAC or PROBoard accreditation; they can be reciprocated to DOD certificates The certs have to uploaded to dodffcert.com and then you can request a 1059 from the school (Goodfellow AFB).
