I am going to Korea soon and was wondering if anyone knew if I would get Family Separation Pay if not all my dependents went with me to Korea?

It sounds like you are taking some of your dependents, if not all. And that sounds like an accompanied tour. If it is an accompanied tour, you are not entitled to FSA, whether you move all, some or none of your dependents with you.
If you are talking about an unaccompanied tour, where you choose to move some family members with you at your own expense, then you probably can qualify for FSA.
What do the orders say?

I haven’t gotten my orders yet, but that’s what I thought. I didn’t think there was a middle ground with taking some of my family. Thank you SGM for the info.
