How can I adjust my DEROS to go TDY en route from OCONUS to a new PCS location?

I currently have a DEROS of 08 April 2019 and recently came up on orders to attend ALC reporting 16 September 2019 and PCS orders to Fort Hood 10 November 2019. As you can see these dates are very spaced out; while I have no issues reporting early to my next duty station after ALC graduation, I neither can nor want to report early to school. A 30 days or less PCS leave is easier since it is authorized by my Troop without having to go to higher but that would require to move my DEROS to the right.
My question is, to what date I should request to adjust my new DEROS to if I am submitting a DA31 to start leave on the 19 April 2019 with a fly out of Germany date of 12 April 2019?

You set your DEROS to whenever you want to fly away. It's very, very odd that your report date is 7 months after your DEROS. I suspect there's more to it than that.
Regardless, you turn in your leave form to take whatever leave you choose prior to attending ALC. Your MPD will adjust your DEROS to the day you choose to start leave. When you graduate medic ALC, which is 6 weeks if I remember correctly, you report to your new assignment. You are authorized to report up to 30 days early. The space after ALC is to allow you to take PCS leave if you choose. You don't have to take any leave.
