Can someone explain what the CV review process is for Army Reserve 70B DCC?

I recently began working with an AMEDD recruiter to submit my package to the Oct. board. She asked for my CV and I provided it in the requested format. I'm educationally qualified, but I don't have any professional healthcare experience. Can someone explain a bit more about the CV review and the rest of the process in general? Here's my stats:
- Master of Business Admin. (Dec. 2017) -- GPA 3.468
- B.S. Sport Management (Dec. 2015) -- GPA 3.422
- Currently work in advertising/marketing
- Hoping to start volunteering at the hospital soon (I just moved for work, so this was temporarily put on hold)
- No prior service
I should note, I was an Army ROTC cadet in undergrad (2 year scholarship). I had shoulder surgery just before graduation and was disenrolled with the recommendation to reapply if the medical issue was corrected. I went on to get my MBA and then some family events led to me hoping to pursue a career in healthcare. My long-term goal is to go back to school for nursing, hopefully some day becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In all reality, with my grad school debt, that isn't really an option right this moment. However, I would love to get back into the military in some capacity. I feel that 70B is the best path for me to serve, use my current degrees, and gain some tangible healthcare experience.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The one I did in graduate school included that my commercial fishing experience and that I was licensed on a 4K rough terrain forklift

LTC Mackay Hello. Came across your post. Processing as a 66S. CV has been kicked back for some changes. Just want to know something. I was an ICU Nurse, ED, and Vascular Access for 7.5 years. Then I became an NP last year. I still have active Critical Care credentials, ACLS, ENPC,CCRN etc Processing for the Reserves. Will the people who are reviewing my CV to qualify me for that AOC hold my NP against me? Would they disqualify me due to my being an NP now? My recruiter tells me I am "overqualified" which I guess is good? Just wanted to know what I'm looking at with this CV read process. Thanks, Mike

Michel Babula No idea. I had nothing to do with medical direct commission accessions. I was taking a minute to explain a CV in general. I’d list all experience. It’s the nature of a C where a resume is more tailored

It’s required for all AMEDD Areas if Concentration. Even though 70B don’t receive constructive credit (advanced promotion for education and experience) the program manager and consultants like to see what makes you a good applicant. It’s also a way to screen those who are not competitive before investing hours into building and boarding the packet. Saves time and resources.

When I was going through the very same process my recruiter gave me a CV Draft to follow. It was a simple copy paste from my resume.
At the time of my application I had a 3.52 GPA from my B.S. in Psych and had experience as a teaching aide. My CV was approved and I moved on with the rest of the process.
With your experience and education, it should br approved near instantly.
After that it goes to board and is a waiting game.
MEPS is between all that as well. If you have yet to go.

Thank you! That’s great info. I know the boards are can be hit or miss as far as what they’re looking for, but it’s great to hear from someone who was successful with the boards, and recently went through the process. Did you go Reserves/Guard or active?
