Has anyone had experience with their spouse being able to work in Korea, either on or off base? What would be a good website for help?

I am going to next in about a year and was wondering if anyone had any experience with their spouse being able to work over there either on base or off base? Or know what would be a good website that would help us?

You can try USAJOBS, AAFES, and DECA. I recommend waiting until you know exactly where you’re going to be in Korea because you’re not guaranteed to go where your assignment instructions have you projected. I hope this helps. Good luck to you....

I haven't been there in 20 years, but I believe spouses still get preference for employment. Those that were command sponsored when I was there worked all over post. PX, Commisary, NCO Club, Theater, etc. Teacher's and Nurses contracted through DOD. Not sure if this helps...good luck!
