is colorblindness waiver-able for flight medics? Specifically partial colorblindness and passing the vivid red-green test?

Check with Recruiters,,, it did not used to be an Issue

Dig into the 40-501 I'm pretty sure the medical requirements are in there

SFC, 40-501 pointed me ATB for color-vision testing, which helped quite a bit. Thank you, SFC.

When I was a Flight Medic it was a big NO. Check with the Flight Surgeon at your Post at the clinic or hospital and ask. Things change.
