I’ll let you know when I get through the 12P course. Everyone I’ve talked to in the MOS says it’s the secret of the Army, but I can tell you, it doesn’t come easy.

How do I begin the process of re classification to that mos? I'm already a 91D and my scores are far more than high enough.

Check out the 12P USACE website. It’ll break down all the prerequisites to apply for the reclass. If there’s any confusion, call the school house. The secretaries there are extremely helpful. I can tell you that you’ll have to take the BMST at your local testing center and that only SPC (with completed BLC) through SGT’s are the only ranks accepted.
