What would better my chances of being selected as a Reserve AGR?

I submitted my AGR application for the upcoming board in June and was wondering what else can I do to better my chances of being selected for the program. I have an updated photo, i dont have any flags, and I am willing to reclass in necessary. Is there anything more that I can do on my end?

Sounds like you’ve done everything you can. Now the wait game begins. That’s how it was for me.

First off, best of luck SSG! After I was selected for my AGR position, I asked what made me stand out from the other candidates. I was told it mostly hinged on how well the packet was put together. That was a disqualifying factor for many out the gate. The Letter of Recommendations are very important!
