It's very easy to do. It's a 4187 signed by your LTC and a memo signed by you waiving your option. It has to be processed by your career counselor

So I did the memo from my career counselor but he didn't have me fill out the 4187. He didn't even mention the 4187.

SPC (Join to see) he will need to do the 4187 to request the deletion. You'll need to go back to see him. It's processed IAW RMT-19-21 2.

SPC (Join to see) you can't, it's not accessible by you, only by him. But he will know what to look at when he sees "RMT 19-21 2."

Are you needing to reenlist to meet the obligation of that assignment?

No I reenlistment for a location but do to a change in circumstances I decided to waive my reenlistment option (option 5). I would like to go to Kuwait and my branch manager is willing to put me on assignment there but I have to wait for my projected assignment to be deleted.

SPC (Join to see) - If your S1 and Branch are tracking this, then it should only be a matter of time before the deletion of orders comes in.
