I'm stationed in Hawaii; it's a 3-year assignment, but I'm getting curtailed to reclass. I've heard of people being awarded the ribbon without fulfilling all 3 years, due to curtailments. How much of my time here do I need to get the ribbon?

I take you missed the part of oconus assignments ( outside continental United States) being considered overseas hence eligible for osr provided they meet the time requirements. But hey. Go do your research and get back to us.
