My DA Form 5434 disappeared?

I'm at a airborne hold unit and I had a gaining unit to Ft. Drum. And I was supposed to be leaving to go to ft drum tomorrow. I just checked tonight and my da form 5434 is gone? Any ideas?

You don't need a sponsorship form. You're just supposed to fill it out to get your orders. As a PVT 11B going to a BCT you'll probably be placed in whichever battalion needs you the most on that day. You won't even be asked for it during inprocessing
