So I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle this situation with Recruiter who for months it looks like hasn't processed my paperwork?

So my 368 was approved back in March. Got off order in April stopped by recruiting office meet with a SFC, I gave him my 368, all my DD214's, my Green in Medpros, my recent Sf86 I did in December for my security clearance everything basically he needed. Since then there has been minimal contact. He told me two weeks ago the paperwork was with the guidance counselor waiting to hear back if I was good to go to MEPs or needed a waiver. So I talked to another recruiter. He told me this morning none of my information is in the system or in the GCR system for Meps or nothing. It has been months and my 368 isn't valid forever. My wife has been in Limbo she goes to Meps for the Air Force on the 11th. Being a SSG and him being a SFC don't want to get into an argument ect. Not sure how I should handle this situation it is very frustrating.?

So you go over, under, around or through him. With respect to this SFC, he is JUST an SFC in the works. He is not the be all end all. He has someone that he answers to. Go to that person. If you don't feel like dealing with that office, go to another recruiters office and present them with everything and repeat what you have said here. If that one is too lazy or incompetent or unmotivated, rinse and repeat. At some point you will find someone that will do their damned job and work to get you in.
As to your next step as far as this recruiter goes? You find out what the exact process is and document that. Then you straight up ask this recruiter where things stand and what the hold up is. You document his answer. If he lies or attempts to BS you, call him on it and take it to his command, to the IG etc. Just because you are not a never been touched before green recruit does not mean that you can be treated just any kind of way.

You are true. I been waiting to hear back from this other office today I will call them Monday morning. But you are right. Being a drill I pretty much follow regulations to a tee. But this is not cool. My old first sgt just texted me and said if he has to call his battalion in Syracuse he will, which is sad cus my current 1sg I’ve been nco with for 10 years and he just said well if you need something let me know. Ha. But I guess time to start pounding on doors... I have emails and phone call times ect documented I even gave him all my paperwork from
Meps when I switched over from the corps in 2008. Which I don’t have copies of that. Guess figured another nco would treat a fellow nco with the army values. Guess not.

I wish I were still a production recruiter. I’d have you back quick style. Processing takes very minimal time. Call another recruiter in another center. Mind me asking where your located?

SFC(P) (Join to see) - If you go back to his office make sure it's just to give him the finger.

SFC Michael D. - Normally I would but I don't need an Art 91 on my hand lol. But the way it has come down he deserves it.

Some coward named Anthony Cainion gave me a “thumbs down” and didn’t even have the sack to say why. Just blocked me. If you’re going to give someone a thumbs down at least be mature enough to have a discussion about it. This kind of coward I call a Blue Falcon.
