Is there a time frame on how long the Army has to station you and your spouse together once you enroll into Macp?

There is no time frame or requirement to station a couple together. MACP affects future assignments. Once you've got a year on station you can request to move, HRC allows various exceptions for movement rules for MACP, but I wouldn't expect HRC to move one of you two to the other. More likely one of you comes into their reenlistment window and requests a duty station and HRC moves the two of you together.

So I'm in a similar situation, I've been stationed at ft polk for over a year now and my wife is stationed at ft bragg but has only been there about 4 months, once we get into macp is there a high chance I could go over there, I'm an 11b so I figured theres an opening? Any help is appreciated, thank you for your time!

PFC (Join to see) no not really. As stated above, MACP affects your future assignments when it is time to move. Until you're eligible to reenlist to go to Bragg, assuming you're airborne, you can be assured that MACP will keep you two together.
If you're not airborne, you can request Airborne training and they will station the two of you together, most likely at Bragg

SGT (Join to see) - Lt Col Charlie Brown is correct. There is no minimum, or maximum, time frame. MACP is a voluntary program for both Soldiers and the Service. MACP is not a guarantee that you will be assigned together, but a consideration for future assignments. This should have been part a brief you should have received when applying to MACP (or they should've pointed to the regulation).

If this is like the AF Join Spouse program, it depends on the needs of the service and there are no guarantees.
