Are you concerned Presidential War Power would extend too much into the homeland?

I do not mean to sound like the paranoid type of guy on here. The war powers thing sounds positive, but would that not entitle homeland power extension due to security. Thus, would that not see to the re entry of past bills, for the sake of security. This seems like a plea of a second look.

I will give President Obama credit for finally following the proper path.
As to your point on the Homeland I would think so. Of course our Leaders in DC still cannot come to resolutions on these things.
They are not working as a TEAM!
