AKO troubles

I've been trying to contact the AKO help desk in regards to my PW being locked with no luck. I've tried the online way and called but nothing, any ideas?

You can override it with logging in with your Common Access Card (CAC). Try to get a card reader from the PX or find a computer that has a CAC card reader and log-in to AKO.
