My DTMS Custom Roster Lists Aren't Working?

I am trying to create specific rosters in DTMS to make it easier to add certain soldiers from my perstat to the tasks I'm having to input for AT. There are hundreds of tasks and I don't want to have to do the rosters from scratch every time, hunting and pecking for the names we have here on ground for AT. I created a list of soldiers from the roster that are just here, but when I try to add that list, it adds the entire roster. What am I doing wrong? I have added a screencap to show the process I was using to create the custom list.
