Does this actually happen? It seems when I respond on my mobile it spams my answer to all the other posts. Has this been noticed of me?

I haven't noticed your posts spamming other discussion threads, CPL Aaron Cottingham, but I have noticed that the phone app is a little quirky sometimes. I know the RallyPoint Team is working on improving it. LTC Yinon Weiss posted recently that they know the app needs work, and they are working on it.
For what it's worth, I saw that an update to the RP app for the iPhone was recently (this week) pushed out.

It is a glitch with the app. It only shows it in the app but thankfully does not actually posted it the way it is shown.
