What does a paratrooper prefer, ALICE pack or MOLLE?

The Army Times has announced a new ruck. What does the Airborne community prefer, ALICE, MOLLE, or something else? Will the new equipment offer something completely revolutionary?

alice pack it could actually fit in a c130 and it is so much easier to rig.

This question goes out to ALL PARATROOPERS; once a PARATROOPER, always a PARATROOPER! I would like to hear what our grey heads and wise have to say.
