I am thinking about trying to set up a DOD skillbridge internship program with my civilian employer. I was planning on focusing on NDT people to start with because that is the area that I have the most influence. Has anyone here ever done that? Lt Col Charlie Brown Maj Marty Hogan

Plus if I was you I would start applying for jobs on USA.gov. You are probably underpaid.

I am a private sector person all the way! I am an engineer so I do pretty well for myself. Government jobs don’t pay as well. In 6 months when I have my 20 there will be no more drill weekends for me again either. I just want to help out my fellow vets and help NDI airmen transition to civilian NDT.
