America always has and likely always will do the most retarded things before the situation becomes desperate enough that we no longer have the choice, but to solve the problem as we should have long ago... just something about how we are evolving as a nation. We are more worried about our own futures that we do not truly look to solve someone else's current or future issues... even those our own nation is doomed to face.
