Do you think it is past time for the senseless beheadings of non-Muslims to stop?

Regardless of any differences in religious or political beliefs, I believe it is wrong to behead a helpless school girl (or anyone else) unless they have committed a crime and have been tried by a jury of their peers and found guilty of some horrendous crime. The beheading of innocent men, women, and children is unacceptable under any circumstances. It is happening in other places in the world, but has happened in America (the news reported it once and then all links to these articles {multiple occurrences} were deleted and/or removed)! What must we do to stop these atrocities from occurring? Do you feel that we should take action to protect those who cannot protect themselves? How would you feel if this was your daughter? The senseless violence must be answered and stopped by any means necessary!

That, PO1 Steven Kuhn, is one disturbing video. YES! I do believe it is time to put an end to that sort of brutality in the world. Unfortunately, it's hard for the USA to be the world's policeman. We try, but the world is a big place.
I have a fourteen-year-old daughter, and the girl in that video looks about the same size/age as my daughter. I cannot imagine living under such conditions.
Maybe that's why we get so upset when Muslims start "easing" Shariah law into U.S. society. There's no place for what they show in the video in our country, and we need to stand up and put a stop to it --- long before it has a chance to "blossom" and grow here in our country.

PO1 Kuhn, while the beheadings seem senseless to "us" they are not senseless to the Muslims who have embraced the Wahhabi form of Sunni Islam. They are following the letter of the law in the later Suras of the Koran which call for the death of all who do not embrace Islam.
Al Qaida, Boko Haram, and ISIL subscribe to the Wahhabi form of Sunni Islam as do many other "radical" Muslim groups.
Until so-called moderate Muslims publicly denounce the Wahhabi form of Sunni Islam in vast numbers, out those who teach the doctrines in the mosques, and embrace different faiths living together, there will continue to be crueler and crueler actions publicized to shock us and galvanize support for the terrorists.
