How long does it normally take for last step of a moral waiver approval?

I was arrested my senior year(18 yrs old) for possession marijuana. Charges dismissed, youthful offender. I'm 28 now, joining the army, and my recruiter said my waiver has passed battalion, I did the phone interview with XO and passed, now my waiver is "at the top". About how much longer will I have to wait?
