Does anyone have any hot leads on identifying and obtaining sources of funding for Veterns looking to start Small Businesses?

I've already identified SBA Loans, so please provide something other than. To be more specific I am looking at buying a building that will ultimately house both a restaurant and craft brewery. Any additional feedback would be greatly appreciated.
