I finished a year-long deployment as a Reservist in 2017. Can anyone explain the dwell time regulation (AR 614-30) to me?

I think I should on dwell for 48 months due to the 1:4 ration .

looks to me like you are reading the reg correctly
After 30 days on deployment, the dwell accrual rate will be 1 month deployed to 1 month dwell (1:1) for AC. The
Reserve Component (RC) ratio for dwell for mobilization is 1:4
