I applied for WOCS and my packet was boarded last week. I just noticed on the component specific instructions page that I was supposed to submit an essay on why I want to be an Aviator. I did not do this, I would imagine that is going to DQ me right? I didn't see it on the sample packet while I was putting everything together. Is it still a requirement? I would imagine they would've informed me it was missing from my packet if it had been required. Honestly I'm kind of stressing out now because of it. Any info is appreciated, Thank you! Turns out it was in the civilian section so I don't think I needed to do it. Leaving up in case someone else makes the same mistake.

I was on this board as well. Have you heard any idea about when the results come out? I've heard everything from, "The following Wednesday" to "two weeks out".
