Sir,

Short answer is yes; Commissioned Officers can cross over to Warrant Officers.

Thanks man. Do you have any insight on how commissioned officers meet the prerequisites? Most prerequisites for differing warrant jobs seem specific to enlisted personnel.

Sir, to my knowledge I don’t believe that there is much of a difference with the exception of the DA-61 and Resume. However that’s something the Warrant Officer recruiting team could better assist with. CPT (Join to see)

Yes, they can and the process is the same as any other Soldier; seen it a few times. Just contact the nearest WO Recruiting Team.

I believe so Sir, there are Commission Resignation documents included in the packet. I will say this though, my experience over the past few months with the Warrant Officer recruiters has been great. I'm sure they would have all the answers you need. You can find their website pretty easily as well, I don't think you need a .mil connection to access contact info.
