What is your experience with an active duty clinical psychologist while in the field? Positive/negative?

Thankfully (I think), I have only had to deal with them in garrison. Unfortunately, I have had more than a few troops that need to see one and require inpatient treatment. They were always professional, explained what they could within the HIPAA rules and seemed to have taken care of my troops.
